2010: The Year You Make Contact (0)

2010 | Feb 4

By Matthew Currie

Many of you out there have felt a little -- or a lot -- tossed around the last few years, personally, professionally, and romantically... which might explain why you are here now at a dating site. No one has been immune: even those with apparently stable and completely happy lives have felt these forces at play.

The one thing that stays constant in life is change itself, and the planets are no different. In the last few months, Saturn (the planet that gives your life structure, and causes a lot of hassles along the way) has moved from cerebral Virgo into Libra, the sign where it's technically strongest.Uranus, the wild and unpredictable rebel will soon enter headstrong Aries. Pluto has ended its decade in Sagittarius and has moved on to Capricorn, changing the ground rules for everyone. And finally, Jupiter (bringer of good times, great blessings, and committed relationships) has just entered Pisces, which strengthens it. The question for any astrologer may not be "how will all of this change things?" so much as "how much can things really stay the same now?"

Of course, all of these changes will affect your love life and your relationships one way or another. And once the clutter of paying bills and keeping up with obligations is cleared aside, is there anything else more important than Love, in all its forms, on this or any other planet?

I'll be here tracking the changes and letting you know how it's all bound to affect you -- and how you can ride those waves to the destination you want to go to.

And finally: thanks for joining me and checking out the new digs here at Astrologydating.com. Click on that "Subscribe to" link up there on the "blog" page so you don't miss a thing, and if you haven't filled out a profile yet, give it a shot. At the least, you're likely to find some like-minded people who share your interest in Astrology. And, at most... well, it won't be the first time astrology brought two soul mates together...

...And it certainly won't be the last.
