I often find myself waking up on a Sunday morning, looking around at the weekend wreckage, and find myself thinking "wow, what a mess." It's sad but true: the Good Times often need a cleanup push afterwards. This weekend's transits though are more like the mess arrived before the party. On one side of the sky, fierce Mars and grumpy Saturn are conjunct in early Libra. On the opposite side: Jupiter the Amplifier and Uranus the Rebel are pulling hard on Mars and Saturn. In between them, Pluto is taunting both to take action. If you have any placements in the early degrees of pretty much anything... you're gonna feel it this weekend. This may be an astrology dating site, but even if you aren't looking for love, brace for impact.
Fortunately, we have an outlet. The Sun is in (usually) jolly Leo, mostly unaffected by the mess going on everywhere else. And Mercury and Venus are bystanders in Virgo. So take action, dear ones... party, be happy, and make yourself plow through the disasters, emotional and otherwise. After all, the sun always rises...
FRIDAY: ROUND ONE - From 4 to 6 PM (noon to 2 PM PST) the Moon will be conjunct the Jupiter/Uranus end of the cosmic seesaw. Things are jolted like a patient with an injured spine, in the back of an ambulance on a gravel road. Later in the day, things lighten up. A little.
SATURDAY: ROUND TWO - The Moon is no longer fuelling the t-square and is trine the Sun. The messy tension is all still there, but the Sun and Moon give you an outlet today. Party, create, make love, have fun. You've made it this far, and that is something to celebrate.
SUNDAY: ROUND THREE - Earlier in the day, the Moon is sextile Neptune... an outlet via prayer, spirituality, creativity, or possibly via fermentation. After that, there is a quincunx to Venus (hold your tongue with a partner who may have annoyed you Friday and Saturday), and then it's a long, slow coast into the evening. Whew.
