Happy Valentine's Day! It may be too late to book reservations for a decent restaurant, but it's never too late too make a date. Or is it? Venus has come off of its conjunction with Neptune, so things may be a little less warm and fuzzy (or delusional) than a few days ago, but the Venus-Jupiter conjunction in Pisces is coming into play. That conjunction is being aspected by Mars in Leo, so passions and enthusiasms will be heating up. Let's see how you can put this to maximum dating use...
FRIDAY: Most of the planets are piled up on one side of the sky, and on the East Coast between 4:30 and 10 PM (1:30 to 7 PM PST) that pile will be in the Sex and Partnership Houses. Even if you don't have to time to arrange a date, any efforts made that way are more likely to bear fruit. So: make a phone call or send an e-mail... those efforts now will likely pay off later.
SATURDAY: As with yesterday, the same timing applies, except there's a much better chance of getting practical results today. The Moon is conjunct the Sun in Aquarius, which carries all sorts of "pair-bonding" messages with it. So: now that you've made your plans, go out there and pair-bond! Be cautious of the excess that can come with a Venus-Jupiter conjunction: try to budget your money before you go out, try to be sensible, and take extra cash and protection when the budgeting and sensibility fail you.
SUNDAY: Happy Valenhangover! If Saturday was a success, you probably don't need me to tell you how to spend Sunday. If it wasn't, all the conditions are still in place to make an important contact for later, as the Moon joins Venus and Jupiter. Make the effort: reach out to loved ones, make that phone call or send that e-mail -- sweet communications are in the air. And if you've made plans for dinner, you're going to want to overdo it. The moon also rules digestive matters. You have my permission to order a second dessert... like I could stop you anyway...
